Some of my Resolutions for 2013....

I'm not going to share all of my resolutions, because some are more personal, but here are a few of them. I left out some things that I want to do this year but am not making strict resolutions. I feel like having too many makes it hard to accomplish them, and if you make a resolution, it means you are going to do it.
The other things are more like flexible goals, as I like to call them. =)

Now on to my resolutions:

1.~ Make more time for the Lord. I want to get closer to him, and make him the most important thing.
2.~ Exercise. I have a new bike, so I want to try to either ride it everyday, or do some other form of exercise.
3.~ Get straight A's in 11th grade. This means hard work, plain and simple.
4.~ Don't be afraid to be myself.  I want to stop caring so much what people think about me. I want to live my life, have my convictions and stand by them, and just be me.

And I might as well share some of my flexible goals while I'm at it. =D

1.~ Keep up my journaling. I started to journal in November, and I'm really enjoying it. It is nice to just write things. And many of the best people in the world had journals. That's an extra bonus!
2.~ Make time for my hobbies. Art, guitar and singing, recreational reading, blogging, fashion -- all the things I love to do, I want to do more of (except more fashion -- I think I do plenty of that). I need to balance my time so that I give the most important things (The Lord and school) enough time, but also have time for my hobbies.
3.~ Read the whole Bible. I started reading it from the beginning in December, and I've finished Genesis. I want to finish the whole thing. As Hannah so aptly put it, "that in which I believe so deeply." --I should know all that it says. =)
4.~ Keep up my youtube channel. Make good videos that I can be proud of.

I'm sure there are more, and are going to be more as the year goes by, but these are a good start.

I also wanted to put a link to one of my friend's new years prayers. It's very beautiful, and I applied it to myself also.
